Just want to say how much I love our little Zoe girl...Just saw Marley and Me. Cried THE WHOLE way through it... Some days I really don't know what I would do without waking up to this little face starring back up at me. Thank Heaven for these little friends and the joy they bring to our lives!

.....can you find him?

Mike and I were able to spend the day together. I love it when it works out that way. Usually Mike and I only have Sundays off together, and between church and those wonderful Sunday naps the day goes by too fast! So we got our Christmas cards ordered, worked out, grocery shopped, made dinner, watched a movie, drank some homemade hot chocolate and ate way too many cookies...good thing we worked out! I think all the hot chocolate and cookies was too much for Mike to handle....I'm not too sure how he is even breathing here! And Zoe always by her daddy's side!

Having them come to visit

This is a special Christmas for us...my little brother will be coming home just a couple days after Christmas. He been serving his mission in Sacramento, CA. I know he may not want to leave, but we can't wait for him to come home. We are all so proud of what he has accomplished on his mission, he has been such and example to all of us! Mike and I started dating around this time and and when the weather gets cold it takes me right back to being sixteen and waiting for him to pick me up for our first date! I'm sure this season holds a special place in every ones heart as it should it, it is the season of miracles! Merry Christmas Everyone!!

pushing daisies

Everyone needs to keep watching and if you haven't seen it yet set your TiVo so you won't miss it! It's one of my favorite shows and it is in risk of being cancelled!!!! I love how strange the show and characters are, I love all the goofy plot lines and the bright colors used!! Give it a shot and I think you will be glad you did!

October....so far

So I know I said " Never Again", but what the heck I thought I could give camping another try. So this time we camped up at Pier Marquette. It was a nice little camp site. They had great bathrooms! Lauren and I were pumped about that! It was pretty cold outside, but we stayed cozy next to the fire and in our tents...Mike and I just snuggled up together...It wasn't too bad at all. The next day Mike and Jason made breakfast and we wondered around Grafton and then headed up to Eckerts to get some tasty apples! It was a really fun weekend and the weather was

pumpkins, pumpkins everywhere!

This is the result of stinky little squirrels getting into my flower pots! This has gone on ALL summer and for the last two weeks I have had these flowers on my front porch! It has been driving my nuts, but I've been trying to be patient....Today I found a scene much worse then this so I took a deep breath and swept up the soil and put it back into the pots. Well- not 15min later I looked out our door window and saw this....so....

I put Zoe on watch duty.... And told Mike to do whatever it takes to get rid of the squirrel...

While I was gone.....

This is what he came up with......

Caught him in 25 min! poor little guy!
